I design end-to-end for K-12 products with a masters grounded in mastery learning theory and an accessibility practice that treats WCAG as an input, not an afterthought.

01 — PERSONAL PROJECT

Chiron — building a personalized, Socratic tutor out of an LLM

A Claude skill that finds exactly where you're stuck, builds an interactive lesson around it while you talk, and adapts the next one to what your answers show.

02 — ENCOURA, STUDENT APP

Encourage — asking students for 2x the data and holding completion near 84%

When the onboarding survey for 150,000+ students had to double in length, I rebuilt the flow from classroom research and held completion near 84%.

I redesigned our onboarding to raise completion and improve the data we collect. I worked with developers on the account and verification problems underneath it.
03 — ENCOURA, EDUCATOR TOOLS

Encourage for Educators — designing for the counselor's workflow

The counselor side of Encourage, where guidance staff track hundreds of students at once and see exactly who's stuck and why.

Rahul says:
A brand-new group is a counselor's first real moment in the tool. Rather than drop them on a blank table, the empty state shows the shape of what's coming and puts one clear action in front of them.
04 — WHAT I'M KNOWN FOR

What teams pull me in for, whatever the project

A bottom navigation bar with four tabs — Home, Profile, Explore, Feedback — cycling through hover and active states, each icon filling in or spinning as it's selected.
Micro-interactions
A product analytics report: bar charts of saved colleges per visitor and mean saved colleges by grade level, above a table of summary statistics.
User Analytics
A design system colour palette: eight named ramps — Navy, Seafoam, Neon, Orange, Fuschia, Mist, Teal and Sapphire — each stepped from darkest to lightest across numbered tint levels.
